Ingredients:

  • Bell Pepper (cut into diced) – 11/2 cup
  • Chopped Broccoli – 11/2 cup
  • Grated Carrot – 1 cup
  • Grated Radish – 1/2 cup
  • Cream – 1/2 cup
  • Onion (finely diced) – 1/4 cup
  • Shredded Purple Cabbage – 1/3 small
  • Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp

Instructions:

  • In a big bowl, add bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, radish, purple cabbage, cream and onions.
  • Toss to mix.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve it chilled.
