Ingredients:

  • Chopped Romaine Lettuce – 3 cup
  • Fresh Raspberries – 1 cup
  • Roasted Almond – 1/2 cup
  • Raspberry Jam – 1/2 cup
  • White Wine Vinegar – 1/4 cup
  • Honey – 1/4 cup
  • Oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions:

  • In a blender, white wine vinegar, honey and vegetable oil, blend it till smooth.
  • In a salad bowl, add romaine, raspberries and almonds.
  • Pour raspberry jam in top.
  • Serve it immediately.
