  • Plain Yogurt – 1/4 cup

  • Broccoli – 3 cup
  • Chopped Red Bell Pepper – 1/2 cup

Instructions:

  • In a salad bowl, add the crumbled cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and black pepper, mix well.
  • Add broccoli and red bell pepper, toss them well.
  • Serve it chilled.
