Red Chilli Garlic Chutney Recipe is a spicy and flavorful chutney recipe that goes well with idli and dosa. It is made of soaked dry red chili blending with ginger, garlic and salt. You can store for 2-3 days in a freeze.

Ingredients:

  • Dry Red Chili – 10-11 nos.
  • Garlic – 5-6 nos.
  • Ginger – 1/2 inch
  • Salt as per taste –

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, add water and dip red chili, keep for 3-4 hour.
  • In a grinder, add soaked dry red chili, garlic, ginger, little water and salt, make a fine paste.
  • Store in refrigerator.
  • Serve with any chaats.
