Dried Fruit Puree is made of Raisins, Figs and Apricots. This puree is good in taste and also helps very much in relieving babies and toddlers from constipation and gastric troubles.

Ingredients:

  • Dried Fruits (Raisins, Dried Apricot, Figs) – 2 tbsp

Instructions:

  • Heat the 1/2 cup of water in a pan on medium flame, add dried fruits.
  • Cook for 3-4 min and keep aside, allow to cool.
  • In a blender, add cooked dried fruits mixture to make dried fruits puree.
  • Transfer into bowl.
