MICROWAVE ARBI RECIPE

Microwave Masala Arbi / Arbi In Microwave / Colocasia Masala

Microwave Arbi Recipe is made of arbi, onion, ginger-garlic paste, curd, besan and spices. In case if you want less oil recipe then cook in a microwave.

Ingredients:

  • Arbi (peel and cut into thin size lenghtwise) – 11-12 nos.
  • Finely Chopped Onion – 1/2 cup
  • Grated Ginger – 1 inch
  • Garlic Paste – 1/2 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Green Chili – 1/2 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
  • Ajwain – 1 tbsp
  • Thick Beaten Curd – 4-6 tbsp
  • Besan – 1 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp
  • Oil – 3 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder – 1/4 tbsp
  • Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
  • Dry Mango Powder – 1/2 tbsp

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, add ari and salt on it and keep aside for 20-25 min.
  • Wash the arbi and wipe with cloth.
  • Place arbi in a microwave bowl and add ginger, garlic paste, chili, crushed ajwain, onion, salt and 11/2 tbsp of oil, mix well.
  • Cook for 4-5 min at 75 % power.
  • In a bowl,  add beatan curd, besan, coriander leaves, 1 tbsp of oil, red chili powder, garam masala and dry mango powder, make a paste.
  • Add the curd mixture on the arbi and mix well.
  • Cook again for 5-6 min at 75 % power or till arbi gets soft.
  • Add lemon juice and mix well.
  • Serve hot masala arbi with paratha.
