- Chopped Banana – 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon Powder – a pinch
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Crushed Ice – 1/2 cup
- In a blender, add skim milk, vanilla essence, almond, banana, sugar and cinnamon.
- Blend well till it becomes smooth.
- Pour in a glass and add crushed ice.
- Serve it Chilled.
