  • Vanilla Essence – 1 drop
  • Chopped Almond – 2-3 tbsp
  • Chopped Banana – 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon Powder – a pinch
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Crushed Ice – 1/2 cup

Instructions:

  • In a blender, add skim milk, vanilla essence, almond, banana, sugar and cinnamon.
  • Blend well till it becomes smooth.
  • Pour in a glass and add crushed ice.
  • Serve it Chilled.
