  • Sugar – 3 tbsp

Instructions:

  • In a blender, add mango, berries, pineapple, yogurt, milk, sugar and milk.
  • Blend well till it becomes smooth.
  • Pour in a glass and add crushed ice.
  • Serve it chilled.
