Ingredients:

  • Chopped Banana – 1 nos.
  • Chopped Kale – 2 cup
  • Soya Milk – 1/2 cup
  • Flax Seed – 1 tbsp
  • White Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Crushed Ice – 1/4 tbsp

Instructions:

  • In a blender, add banana, kale, soy milk, flax seeds and sugar.
  • Blend well till it becomes smooth.
  • Pour in a glass and add crushed ice.
  • Serve it chilled.
