  • Moong Dal (Sprout) – 2 cup
  • Finely Chopped Tomatoes – 1/2 cup
  • Finely Chopped Cucumber – 1/2 cup
  • Finely Chopped Onion – 1/2 cup
  • Raisins – 1-2 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Green Chili – 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste –
  • Lemon Juice to taste –


  • In a bowl, add sprouted moong dal, onion, cucumber, tomato, green chili, lemon juice, salt and raisins, mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve it.
