Coconut Sharbat / Pineapple Coconut Sorbet Recipe

- Fresh Coconut Water – 1 1/2 cup
- Low Fat Cream – 1/4 cup
- Pineapple Juice – 1/2 cup
- Crushed Ice – 1/2 cup
- Sugar – as per taste
- Basil Seeds (soaked in 2 tbsp water) – 1/2 tbsp
- In a blender, add fresh coconut water and low-fat cream.
- Blend blend well till it becomes smooth.
- Add pineapple juice and crushed ice, blend it for 3 min.
- Add basil seed and mix well.
- Pour in a glass.
- Serve it chilled.
