- Berries – 1/2 cup
- Strawberry – 1/2 cup
- Blueberries – 1/2 cup
- Sugar or Diet Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Crushed Ice – 1/2 cup
- Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- In a blender, add berries, strawberry, blueberries, milk, sugar and yogurt.
- Blend well till it becomes soft.
- Pour in a big glass and add crushed ice.
- Serve it chilled.
