Lassi / Lassi Recipe

- Low Fat Yogurt (less sour) – 2 cup
- Sugar or Diet Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Little Water – 1/4 cup
- Salt – a pinch
- Crushed Ice – 1/2 cup
- Chopped Pistachios – 1/2 tbsp
- Chopped Cherry – 1/2 tbsp
- In a blender, add low fat yogurt, sugar, salt, little water and ice.
- Blend well till it becomes smooth.
- Pour in a big glass.
- Garnish with pistachios and cherry.
- Serve it chilled.
