Lassi / Lassi Recipe

Lassi Recipe is easy to make and very delicious. This lassi can be served garnished with some chopped dry fruits. Lassi is a very popular yogurt based drink from Punjab.

Ingredients:

  • Low Fat Yogurt (less sour) – 2 cup
  • Sugar or Diet Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Little Water – 1/4 cup
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Crushed Ice – 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Pistachios – 1/2 tbsp
  • Chopped Cherry – 1/2 tbsp

Instructions:

  • In a blender, add low fat yogurt, sugar, salt, little water and ice.
  • Blend well till it becomes smooth.
  • Pour in a big glass.
  • Garnish with pistachios and cherry.
  • Serve it chilled.
