- Yogurt – 1 cup
- Vanilla Whey Protein Powder – 1 big spoon
- Sugar Free Pudding Powder – 1 tbsp
- Chopped Spinach – 1 cup
- Sugar or Diet Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Crushed Ice – 1/2 cup
- In a blender, add yogurt, vanilla whey protein powder, sugar free pudding powder, spinach and sugar.
- Blend well till it becomes smooth.
- Pour in a glass and add crushed ice.
- Serve it chilled.
