  • Chopped Banana – 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Blueberries – 1 cup
  • Apple Juice – 1 cup
  • Sugar or Diet Sugar – 4 tbsp
  • Crushed Ice – 1/2 cup
  • Water – 2 cup


  • In a blender, add banana, blueberries, sugar and apple juice.
  • Blend well till it becomes smooth.
  • Add water and blend it for 2-3 min.
  • Pour in a glass and add crushed ice.
  • Serve it chilled.
