- Low Fat Yogurt – 21/2 cup
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Cocoa Powder or Any Chocolate or Sugar free Chocolate – 1 tbsp or 4-5 pieces
- Crushed Ice – 1/2 cup
- Sugar or Diet Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Chocolate Chips or Crushed Chocolate – 1 tbsp
- In a blender, add low fat yogurt, water, cocoa powder and sugar.
- Blend well till it becomes smooth.
- Pour in a glass and add crushed ice.
- Garnish with chocolate chips.
- Serve it chilled.
