  • Baby Corn (Cut into any shape) – 10-11
  • Chili Powder – 2 tbsp
  • Cumin Powder – 2 tbsp
  • Cumin Seed – 1 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste –
  • Oil for frying –
  • Chopped Onion – 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Capsicum – 1/2 cup


  • Cook the baby corn in the pressure cooker with little water and salt.
  • Cook it till baby corn gets soft.
  • Drain the extra water and keep aside.
  • Heat the oil in a pan on medium flame, add cumin seed, onion and capsicum.
  • Fry it till turns little golden brown.
  • Add boiled baby corn, chili powder and cumin powder.
  • Fry it till turns little golden brown.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot curry wit paratha/roti.
