Fried Potatoes Recipe is made of potato, garlic powder and spices. Kids like this recipe very much. Fried potatoes recipe is very tasty and spicy. You can also eat as snacks. You can also use baby potato.

Ingredients:

  • Potato (peel and cut into cubes) – 2 cup
  • Salt as per taste –
  • Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Garlic Powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Paprika – 1/2 tbsp
  • Olive Oil – 2-3 tbsp

Instructions:

  • Heat the oil in a pan on medium flame, add potato.
  • Cook it till turns little golden brown.
  • Stir continuously.
  • Now add salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder and paprika.
  • Toss well.
  • Serve hot fried potatoes with paratha/poori.
